One-on-one training sessions are designed to build your self-confidence and meet your individualized fitness goals.

Amber is a certified personal trainer and works with people, in her private training studio. Sessions can also take place virtually, in the comfort of your own home.

Amber works with individuals who have health concerns that might make them concerned about jumping into a fitness routine, people who currently feel uncomfortable going to a gym, and those who need extra accountability to begin or resume exercise. The one-on-one sessions are designed to build your confidence in yourself and your fitness routine so that you can continue a consistent program without individualized attention.

All sessions are specifically designed for each individual based off of your current health and fitness level, previous experience, and personal preference. Amber works hard to ensure that programs are enjoyable and that they push you just enough for growth, but not so much that you don’t want to come back. 

Amber has very limited availability for new fitness clients. If you are interested in receiving fitness training, please contact Amber directly. A free interview session will be scheduled to determine if it is a good fit.

  • 8 sessions - $472

15-20 min consultation is free. The first session is 60-90 minutes and follow up sessions are about 40 - 60 minutes. I am also available to you by email or text Monday-Friday 7am-7pm pst.
