Then, together, we will use the most up-to-date, scientifically proven mental strategies to help transform your mindset to give you a competitive advantage. We address crucial aspects like self-talk, visualization, meditation, and motivation. Additionally, we incorporate breathing techniques, diet, and exercise to enhance your overall well-being. Our individualized approach is designed to develop confidence, foster a growth mindset, and to help you perform optimally under pressure.

All sessions are individualized to suit your specific needs. Before working with Amber, an initial free consultation will take place so that she knows more about you, where you are at, and what you are looking to gain from your coaching sessions.

  • 4 sessions  $180

  • 8 sessions  $352

The first session is about 60 minutes and follow up sessions are about 20 to 40 minutes. I am also available to you by email or text Monday-Friday 7am-7pm pst
